I think it’s a case of “for a Vulcan” rather than “from a Vulcan” . There’s an aviation memorabilia store that seems to have scored a wide range of RAF obsolete parts stock.

There’s a lot of parts become available on the internet,eBay, etc... from a Vulcan.
The Vulcan To The Sky team are now restoring an English Electric Canberra.
They are selling off some of the Vulcan stuff to help fund it.
